We are looking for a Strata Manager to join our growing team. Bay Strata is a well-established and highly reputable boutique strata management company with over 20 years of success. We manage a full spectrum of small to large portfolios, allowing for personalised service and a strong focus on client relationships. The candidate will be managing a medium sized portfolio of 500-600 lots with salary incentives offered to encourage growth and personal development.

About the Role:

End-to-end strata management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes

Build strong relationships with owners, committees, and service providers

Prepare agendas, minutes, budgets, and meeting documentation

Conduct meetings (AGMs, EGMs) and site visits

Budgeting

Arranging and co-ordinating repairs and maintenance

Management and enforcement of By-Laws

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (NSW Strata Schemes Management Act)

Work closely with a team that values professionalism and respect

About You:

Previous experience in strata management (preferred)

Strata license or Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confident managing meetings and resolving issues

A team player with a strong client service focus
