We are in search of a receptionist to assist with our daily operations at our Gold Coast dental practice, located in a suburban shopping center. You may also be required to assist with dental procedures when the staff needs support.

As the receptionist, you'll have the opportunity for growth and to significantly contribute to the expansion of our practice. You will work closely with the supportive directors of the clinic. Your role will be vital in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and the Gold Coast Studio team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily and monthly reception duties
Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
Organize and maintain staff schedules
Support the dentist with various tasks
Follow infection control procedures and policies
Sterilize instruments and equipment (when required)
Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance required

Selection Criteria:
At least 2 years of experience in a dental role
Previous experience in a dental practice is highly regarded but not necessary
