About the role
As our Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting project managers, site teams, and senior staff. You'll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, assisting with compliance and reporting, and keeping our administrative systems efficient and up-to-date.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-level administrative support to the office, clients and trades
Controlling and adding data to the CRM and utilizing this for email blasts and co ordinating jobs
Support the Site Managers of the company for trades and schedules, office duties and tasks
Doing up contracts and variations within a timely manner
What we're looking for
Understanding of the construction terminology and building process
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools and platforms, Docusign or Pipedrive an advantage
A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
A passion for the construction industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the business
