About the Company:
Marble has partnered with a growing civil contractor specialising in high-quality FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement, and Pour) packages across bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and similar structures. Working with Tier 1 to Tier 3 builders on TMR projects, this contractor offers engineers hands-on involvement across the full project lifecycle, from tendering to delivery. You'll gain early responsibility, manage complete scopes of work, and collaborate closely with senior leaders. The fast-paced, diverse nature of subcontracting provides exposure to multiple sites and clients, accelerating your growth into a well-rounded, commercially savvy engineer.

The Role:
We're seeking a capable and driven Project Engineer to join a tight-knit and high-performing team. Working directly with senior leadership, this role offers hands-on involvement in all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction through to execution and close-out. You'll play an integral role in supporting multiple projects at once, alongside a supportive team.

• Project cost estimation and budgeting for tenders and live projects

• Preparation of monthly claims and management of variations

• Formwork design coordination and engineering sign-off

• Daily communication and relationship management with clients

• Procurement of materials and tracking of deliveries

• Coordination with site supervisors across multiple projects

• Pre-pour inspections and general site inspections

• Preparing and submitting NCRs and RFIs

• Take-offs for hired materials, plant, and equipment

• Managing SWMS and all site-related documentation

• Issuing purchase orders and maintaining procurement logs

• Coordinating travel and accommodation for crews

• Booking concrete pumps and pours

• Scheduling vehicle servicing and maintenance

What You'll Bring:

Experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably with FRP or structural packages

Strong technical, organisational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and familiarity with project documentation and compliance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
