We’re gearing up for a major pipeline of infrastructure and mining works and seeking experienced Project Engineers to join our project teams across several upcoming packages. These are FIFO and DIDO contract roles, offering a strong opportunity to work on career-defining projects in regional and remote QLD.

About the Roles:

We are looking to appoint multiple Project Engineers to support the planning and delivery of the following key packages:

🔹 Package 1 – Utilities & Deep Drainage:
Involves installation of major underground services, deep trenching, and live asset coordination within tight safety and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities include safety planning, QA/QC documentation, subcontractor management, and utility authority liaison. Ideal for engineers with 2–5 years’ experience in deep excavation and underground infrastructure.

🔹 Package 2 – Bulk Earthworks:
Deliver large-scale earthworks – managing cut/fill operations, subgrade preparation, and survey coordination. This is a high-volume, production-focused role that demands strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. You'll need to stay ahead of program targets while ensuring the works meet strict quality and environmental standards.

🔹 Package 3 – Haul Road Development (Mine Site):
Construction of heavy-duty haul roads for mine site access – including alignment, drainage, pavement layering, and safety controls. This role is critical to the safe and efficient operation of the mine site and demands high attention to detail, sequencing of works, and an understanding of DTMR standards and approvals.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree-qualified Civil Engineers

2+ years of experience in utilities, earthworks, or mining infrastructure

Demonstrated site-based delivery and project coordination capability

Excellent understanding of HSEQ, QA, and stakeholder management

Willingness to work on FIFO or DIDO rosters, depending on project location
