About the Role

This role combines the exciting responsibilities of an appointment setter and a customer success manager.

As an Appointment Setter and Customer Success Manager, you will:

Qualify inbound leads, schedule appointments and manage our solar energy consultants.

Engage with potential customers over the phone to educate them about the benefits of LECA’s offerings.

Contact existing and potential LECA customers to sell new products.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.

Be the first point of contact for customer queries, and pro-actively work with the team to ensure timely resolution.

Handle admin-related tasks when required.

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
