What you'll be doing

• Taking phone calls from customers
• Receiving and responding to emails from customers
• Liaising with customer service team and warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Calling customers about customer service issues
• Entering orders into ERP

• Experience in an office environment
• Experience with quote and order entry
• Experience in working with sales teams & operations teams
