About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to support the delivery of high-impact initiatives across our Surgical Program. Reporting to the Senior Projects and Innovation Manager, this role is integral in providing operational and project support that contributes to the overall success and efficiency of the program. You'll work closely with clinical and corporate stakeholders to turn strategic ideas into tangible improvements that benefit both staff and patients.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects—ensuring they’re completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll bring together teams, manage risk, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement across multiple streams of work. With a strong focus on governance and alignment to organisational priorities, this role offers the opportunity to influence real change and innovation within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
About You
You are a highly capable and experienced professional with a strategic mindset and a strong background in leading complex projects across the health sector. Your ability to manage sensitive issues, influence senior stakeholders and deliver innovative solutions in dynamic environments sets you apart.
Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-site health projects with strategic impact.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience in influencing diverse stakeholders.
Strong data analysis, resource, and risk management capabilities, aligned with legislative and safety standards.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across government and community sectors to drive service improvement.
