About the role

Outback Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Modular Building Project Manager to join our team in Murray Bridge, South Australia. This full-time role will oversee the successful delivery of modular building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end delivery of modular building projects, from initial planning and design through to construction and handover

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of the project

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies

Ensure project quality and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations

Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and manage client expectations

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery

Mentor and support junior project management staff

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in project management / building supervision, preferably within the construction or modular building industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and project management methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in project management, construction management, or a related field

*Building Work Supervisor registration preferred*
