Key Responsibilities

Oversee project delivery by following Aurora’s strict “won” project process, managing all aspects from planning, scheduling, and site coordination through to commissioning.

Drive the Aurora “build” process, ensuring complete pre-sales quality assurance and smooth, detailed project handovers between teams.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate project documentation within Aurora’s internal portal, including all technical and scheduling details.

Ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Aurora’s high standards for customer service, induction compliance, cost control, and commissioning—both remotely and on-site as required.

Attend and lead regular project meetings to communicate progress, manage completion timelines, and resolve any issues proactively.

Lead the project close-out process, covering stakeholder handover, system configuration, final documentation, certification, and quality assurance measures.

Pursue continuous technical development and provide hands-on installation assistance on-site as needed to safeguard project outcomes.

Serve as a live, responsive resource for clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless, transparent project delivery at every stage.

Utilize internal project management tools to efficiently manage tasks, schedules, and generate project progress reports.

About You

5–7 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering complex commercial installations—preferably in Audio-Visual, digital signage, electronic displays, or related sectors.

Trade, construction, or electrical background is highly desirable.

Strong organisational skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent project deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft 365, Podio, or similar project management platforms.

Able to quickly adapt to new digital tools and company systems.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Comprehensive understanding of logistics, site coordination, and industry best practices.

Solutions-focused, resilient, and comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Willingness and ability to travel nationally as projects require.
