We’re looking for a creative fast-moving Social Media Marketing and Business All-Rounder to join our team and become the first hire across three exciting and growing brands: Magic by Nahla Cookies by Wolf and my personal brand.

This is a varied role where around 80 percent of your time will focus on social media and marketing including planning filming editing and publishing short-form content. The rest will involve rolling up your sleeves to support across product launches event days order fulfilment and helping with anything that comes up in a growing business.

You’ll be based in our Pakenham office surrounded by a high-performing team that also operates two other established and successful businesses. You'll also be involved in filming at our home and occasionally travel to events meetings and shoots including a Gold Coast conference in late August to help capture what it really looks like to build brands from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

Plan shoot edit and publish short-form content including Reels TikToks and Stories across all three brands

Work with the kids our little bosses to create fun and engaging brand-aligned content

Capture behind-the-scenes moments across business launches parenting and personal brand storytelling

Support marketing tasks such as email marketing content scheduling Canva graphics and campaign execution

Assist with product prep and fulfilment during launches including packing orders organising stock and pitching in wherever needed

Attend events meetings and shoots including Gold Coast travel to help document and bring our brands to life

Work mainly from our Pakenham office with filming at our home as needed

This role is for you if

You have experience in social media and or marketing and love creating content that connects

You’re confident behind and in front of the camera and understand how to capture attention

You’re organised flexible and thrive in a fast-paced start-up style environment

You’re proactive and happy to pitch in with whatever is needed from content creation to packing orders

You’re based in or near Pakenham and available full-time in person

Bonus if you’ve worked with small businesses influencers or creator-led brands
