About the Role

Azure Dental is seeking a bubbly, confident, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Engagement & Sales Coordinator. This is a hybrid part-time role combining on-site work at our clinic with the flexibility of remote work.

In this role, you’ll be the warm, friendly voice reaching out to potential patients who have shown interest in our dental services through marketing campaigns, social media, and online enquiries. You don’t need dental knowledge — just a natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and guide them towards booking a consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Make outgoing calls to prospective patients who’ve submitted enquiries through our marketing channels

Follow up on leads in a timely, professional, and friendly manner

Establish trust and rapport, overcoming hesitations or objections in a gentle, supportive way

Explain how Azure Dental can help, without technical dental jargon

Book patients in for consultations and accurately record appointments

Maintain clear records of all interactions in our CRM and practice management system

Track each patient's journey through the CRM

Liaise with the clinical team to ensure seamless handover of patient information

Provide occasional administrative support related to marketing and lead tracking

Contribute ideas to improve lead conversion and patient engagement processes

Bubbly, enthusiastic personality

Comfortable making phone calls and speaking confidently

Excellent conversational and listening skills

Professional phone manner and clear communication

Able to build rapport quickly, even over the phone

Comfortable working with CRM or practice management software (training provided)

Reliable and able to work independently during remote shifts

Sales, hospitality, or customer service background highly regarded

Working Hours

Combination of:

On-site days (at Azure Dental clinic) for training, meetings, and collaborative work

Remote days to perform calls and CRM updates from home

Option to work on reception if interested

Pay Rate

$30-$35 hour depending on skills and experience of applicant
