About the role

As the Sales Coordinator at Price's Fabrication + Steel, you will drive the water tank, shed and steel sales efforts.

This full-time position is located in Williams, WA and is an integral part of our Administration team.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Manage the sales pipeline, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, converting leads, and processing orders

Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely installation of products

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales and installation activities

Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales

Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Comprehensive computer skills in various software programs, including CRM and inventory management systems, social media, graphic design

Prior experience in a sales or customer service role - driven to achieve targets

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure

A team player with a positive attitude
