About the Role

We’re looking for a Category Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic procurement strategies across a diverse portfolio, including Sponsorships, Creative Services, Media, and Learning & Development. The scope may also extend into Banking Services, Product, and Group portfolios.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for delivering sustainable commercial, risk, and governance benefits through innovative sourcing, strategic supplier relationships, and proactive category planning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and sourcing for key spend categories.

Drive cost savings, process efficiencies, and demand management.

Build strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Execute complex sourcing and negotiation processes.

Manage supplier performance, risk, and contractual obligations.

Deliver measurable commercial and sustainability outcomes.

About You

You're a commercially minded procurement expert who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership. You’re collaborative, curious, and confident managing multiple priorities.

You’ll bring:
