We’re seeking a hands-on and organised Property & Logistics Coordinator to support the setup, maintenance, and compliance of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and fleet vehicles. This is a full-time role based in South Brisbane with regular travel to properties across the region.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our homes and vehicles are safe, functional, and ready to support high-quality participant care. The role suits someone practical, proactive, and physically capable of taking on light manual tasks involved in home setups and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate property readiness for new SIL homes, including furniture setup, utilities, cleaning, and safety checks

Oversee contractors for maintenance, gardening, pest control, and cleaning

Perform light manual tasks such as moving furniture, assembling beds, and stocking supplies

Manage fleet servicing schedules, logbooks, fuel cards, and vehicle cleanliness

Conduct property and vehicle checks aligned with WHS and NDIS standards

Maintain compliance documentation (checklists, asset registers, maintenance logs)

Deliver simple compliance reminders to staff (e.g. emergency plans, signage updates)

Support home transitions including move-ins, move-outs, and key handovers

What We’re Looking For

Practical experience in property, logistics, or facilities roles

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working across multiple sites independently

Understanding of WHS or NDIS environments (preferred but not essential)

Physically capable of lifting, moving, and assembling furniture or equipment

Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure

Current driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia
