Commercial On-site Facilities Coordinator role - Technology client - Full-Time Perm - Brisbane CBD

Our client is a global, leading property services company, and they are seeking an On-site Facilities Coordinator to support one of their technology clients' Brisbane CBD site.

Your new role

Reporting to the Facilities Lead, you will provide facilities support for the Brisbane office as well as remote support for another office out of state, to ensure all aspects of the office facility are functional, running smoothly, and adhere to OHS standards. Your duties will include the following:

• Managing client's day-to-day operational and maintenance Facilities requirements.
• Undertaking workplace coordination and administrative tasks such as maintaining office stock levels, supporting employee meetings/events, managing mail services
• Work with the management team and Sub-Contractors to report technical issues and the diagnosis of faults for rectification.
• Log and track all maintenance requests, PPM and expenditure using appropriate maintenance software.
• Ensuring WHSE policies, procedures and requirements are met and maintained.
• Manage vendor/contractor compliance and induct contractors
• Assisting in various Facilities project works.
• Ensuring all position KPI's are achieved.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated Facilities or Maintenance Coordination and Administration experience
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong stakeholder management and relationships
  
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
  
• Strong computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS Office programs ie. Excel.
