The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and analytically minded Logistics Coordinator to become a cornerstone in our operations. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in optimizing the flow of materials, minimising costs, and ensuring timely delivery in support of our dynamic telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management
Oversee the end-to-end movement of goods to project sites.

Transport & Scheduling Coordination
Plan, organise, and schedule transportation with suppliers and freight carriers to meet tight project timelines.

Inventory Oversight
Monitor and manage stock levels.

Stakeholder Communication
Maintain communication with suppliers, carriers, internal teams, and clients, provide status updates, and align logistics with project goals.

Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving
Respond swiftly to unexpected challenges such as equipment delays, supply discrepancies, or delivery disruptions, maintaining project continuity.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Organisational Excellence
Exceptional ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage various internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical Problem-Solving
A pragmatic and proactive mindset, capable of devising solutions on the fly to logistics-related challenges.

Negotiation Acumen
Effective at negotiating with suppliers and carriers to secure favourable terms without compromising quality or timelines.

High Risk Work License
Have a current Forklift (LF).

Driver's License
Preferred Heavy Rigid (HR) automatic.
