The Position:

• Meeting with clients to build rapport, understand their goals, and present tailored investment solutions from our national property portfolio
• Following up with clients to answer questions, overcome objections, and help them make informed decisions
• Supporting clients long-term as they grow their property portfolios
• Logging all interactions in our custom-built CRM and keeping communication clear and timely
• Collaborating with our in-house research team and travelling to inspect new projects as needed

The Person:

This isn't a role for someone chasing high commissions or pounding the pavement for leads. They do things differently - providing you with pre-qualified clients, strong internal support, and a proven system that delivers industry-leading conversion rates (as high as 50%). If you're motivated by meaningful client relationships and consistent results, this is your kind of sales role. We're looking for:

• A strong background in real estate or property sales (a mix of brand-new and established properties, including a Buyers' Advocacy offering) - we have a solution for every client
• Someone with a Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Agent's Representative Certificate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - both face-to-face, via video conference and over the phone
• Someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, accountable, and thrives on delivering results
• A love for property and a passion for educating clients
• A team player with a great attitude and high attention to detail
