About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Practice Manager/Administration Coordinator to join our incredible team at Kimberley Physiotherapy. This full-time position is based at our Broome clinic, and will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to patients.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to patients, both in-person and over the phone
Scheduling and managing patient appointments and maintaining patient records
Processing payments and managing the clinic's financial administration
Ordering and maintaining clinic supplies
Supporting the clinical team with various administrative tasks
Ensuring the clinic reception area is well-presented and welcoming
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally in a healthcare or professional services environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and staff
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft applications and patient management systems
A friendly, professional and proactive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Full time position available for the right person, starting in September 2025
