Join Our Team at GYC - Full-Time Retail Support Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic team member to join our Castle Hill retail store in a full-time position. This role is all about providing excellent service to our customers and supporting our team in any way you can.

About the Role

The position is vital for keeping our store running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders

Assembling and displaying products

Maintaining clean, organised store presentation

Supporting the team with general store tasks

🕒 Some Saturday work is required as part of the roster

About You

We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. While retail experience is a bonus, we are happy to train the right person.
