We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our pre-opening team.

Opportunities are available in both part-time and full-time arrangements.

Some Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, working alongside your team to ensure guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Support daily operations to ensure spaces are consistently clean, safe and on-brand, coach and mentor team members, and contribute to a positive team culture built on care, connection, and pride in every detail.
• Perform inspections, assigning tasks, and coaching the team to meet both quality and productivity targets
• Respond to guest feedback and requests with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine care for people
• Support pre-opening activities, including OS&E setup, training, systems implementation, and onboarding of new team members
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered
• Partner across departments—especially with Front Office, Engineering, and Talk Shop—to ensure seamless guest service
• Monitor supplies, manage stock levels, and help control costs in line with budget and sustainability practices
• Drive wellbeing and safety culture, ensuring all team members are trained and WHS compliant

What you will bring to the role:

You’ll bring experience in a similar role, along with a calm, proactive, and supportive leadership style. You take real pride in well-presented spaces and have a strong eye for detail. Confident using systems, checklists, and reporting tools, you’re also familiar with rostering, stock control, and safe work practices.

Most importantly, you lead with a people-first mindset—showing genuine care for your team, your guests, and the community. You’re hands-on, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed—especially during pre-opening and peak periods.
