About Us:
We’re a long-standing, family-owned and operated fitness business with over 30 years of experience supplying quality fitness equipment to homes, gyms, schools, and studios. Our dedicated team is passionate about health, strength, and service—and we’re now looking for a highly motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join us.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting customers in-store with product information and sales

Setting up and assembling fitness equipment (in-store and on-site)

Maintaining a clean, well-presented showroom

Opportunity to assist in fitness or boxing classes (if qualified/interested)

What We’re Looking For:

Previous retail or customer service experience

Proficiency in retail sales techniques including product demonstration and upselling

Excellent communication skills with a customer experience mindset

Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry (preferred)

Physically fit and capable of lifting/assembling equipment

A current driver’s licence (essential)

Working With Children Check (advantageous but not essential)

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, team-first attitude

Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and reliability are highly valued.
