Position:
This Pharmaceutical Technician with a GMP Speciality (internally called a Clinical Operations Tech) will be part of a highly regulated 3PL pharmaceutical warehouse environment. You’ll be hands-on with relabelling, quality control, and cold-chain shipment prep for critical medicine moving across hospitals, research labs, and clinical sites.
You’ll be part of a trusted operations team helping to ensure temperature-sensitive products are stored, labelled, and released correctly—following exact procedures and keeping everything compliant with GMP standards.
This role has variety, responsibility, and real-world impact.
Duties include:
- Coordinating relabelling + GMP processes for outbound/inbound shipments
- Ensuring correct documentation, packaging and product temperatures
- Handling orders across +15–25°C, +2–8°C, and –20 to –30°C environments
- Manually packing shipments with care and accuracy
- Working closely with team leaders, operations managers and pharmacists
- Following SOPs and quality procedures to the letter
- Training others on systems and GMP processes as needed
- Fortnightly hold the on-call phone for a few days (rare instances of contact queries)

The experience you need:
You’ll ideally come from a pharmaceutical or science background, with knowledge of compliance, labelling, or warehouse logistics. This is a detail-focused, hands-on role that suits someone reliable, accurate, and comfortable in fast-paced settings.
Summary of ideal background:
- Ideally experience in pharma, healthcare, science, or GMP environments
- Ideally exposure or experience to in logistics or warehousing
- Comfortable working in varied temperature zones
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg when needed
- Detail-focused with a strong understanding of SOPs
- Clear communicator – both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy, especially in Microsoft Office
- Calm, responsive, and reliable under pressure
