About the position Shell Cove Family Health (SCFH) is owned and operated by Grand Pacific Health (GPH). The Centre provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced medical receptionist to contribute to the development of an innovative and exciting model of general practice emphasising quality, flexibility, teamwork and support. The receptionist will be a critical member of the administration team, working in a high paced environment.

Based in Shell Cove, this position is a part time opportunity, 16.5 hours per week. Fixed term until September 2026 with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone with:

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration or a combination of relevant training and experience deemed to be appropriate
2. Previous experience working in a medical or other health related practice with experience using clinical software such as Best Practice and Pracsoft
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all ages and social groups
4. High level customer service skills
