Telehealth Medical Practitioners – Veteran Health

We are currently offering multiple opportunities for Medical Practitioners (Non-VR welcome) to deliver high-quality care to veterans through a telehealth model. This flexible opportunity is ideal for practitioners who are passionate about holistic, coordinated care and value the ability to work remotely. After-hours and weekend availability is welcomed.

Position Details:

One day per week (8 billable hours)

$200 per hour

Immediate start

Full training and support provided

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering telehealth services focused on the ongoing review and coordination of care for Veterans. This includes:

Conducting scheduled reviews with the support of completed clinical documentation

Facilitating referrals for both internal and external services

Contributing to holistic and person-centred care planning

Working within systems that support streamlined and compliant billing practices

Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner (VR not required)

An interest in Veteran health and multidisciplinary care

Availability to commit to one day per week (outside standard business hours if preferred)
