Key responsibilities & duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including to:

Lead, motivate and encourage your team using your expertise in styling and selling to achieve store KPIs including store budgets

Train and coach new team members to deliver outstanding customer service

Ensure the smooth running of store operations including rostering, inventory counts, eCommerce fulfilment, and visual standards are maintained

Collaborate to recruit new team members

Reporting on your store and rostering for the needs of the business
