The Role

As a Family Law Legal Assistant, you will be supporting a Partner and Special Counsel and your duties will include:

• Liaising with clients,
• Typing of court documents and correspondence,
• Diary management, drafting correspondence,
• Preparation of briefs to counsel, drafting court documents and Disclosures
• Billings,
• and general administration duties.

You can also work from home 1 day a week (after training).

You

You will have a minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience, some in the Family Law or Commercial Litigation areas.

The Firm/ Salary

Well established boutique Family Law Firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 20. Friendly and professional team that encourage work/life balance. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (up to $85,000 + Super). 1 day a week WFH is also available after training.
