Supporting a Partner and Team
Dispute Litigation Department

The role

As a Legal Assistant of an International Law Firm, you will support a Partner and team in the Dispute Litigation department. Duties include:

• Diary management, travel booking and event coordination
• Billing and expense coordination
• File management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing and scanning, management of correspondence
• Client relationship management and administration tasks; working with our
• Business Development team assisting with client material preparation
• Prepare and amend routine and non-routine documents, correspondence, and presentations
• Any ad hoc duties as required

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary experience. Some Litigation Legal Assistant experience is also essential.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits

International Law Firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $80,000 - $95,000 package including super). Offer employee benefits such as 1 day a week WFH after training, Paid Parental leave, volunteer leave, annual and performance reviews, induction program, staff awards, can purchase up to 4 weeks annual leave.
