Are you an experienced Legal Assistant looking to step into one of Australia's most renowned Real Estate practice groups? We’re recruiting two Legal Assistants to join a respected and highly awarded mid-tier firm, supporting senior lawyers on diverse and high-value real estate matters.

This is your chance to work alongside leading property practitioners on matters spanning commercial, residential, industrial, rural, and development projects — from complex acquisitions to leasing, disposals, and joint ventures.

Your Day-to-Day

• Managing diaries, emails, and travel coordination
• Preparing, drafting, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Opening and closing files with accuracy and confidentiality
• Monthly billing and practice management support
• General PA support across your team, ensuring seamless workflow

About You

• 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant (property/real estate/leasing practice group experience highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach
• Confident in diary management, billing, and document preparation
• Adaptable, proactive, and professional in all interactions

The Details

• Type: Full-time, hybrid role (8:45am – 5:00pm)
• Location: Brisbane CBD
• Salary: $70,000 –$85,000 + super (experience dependent)
• Contract: Permanent role
• Interviews: Two-stage process
