Join our personal loans customer service team and over time you will be trained in all aspects of our business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessment of personal loan applications
Applying your attention to detail and due diligence when reviewing income and financial statements to determine credit worthiness of loan applicants
Answer phone calls from members
Respond to member emails
Update member information in our database
Create and issue contracts and letters to members
Manage payment and refund requests
Perform ID checks, caveat lodgments and other administrative tasks
Respond to team requests for information
