As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our valued customers. This full-time position, based at Wangaratta Toyota, will see you working closely with the Wangaratta Motor Group across the 7 brands we represent - Toyota, Hyundai, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru & LDV - to ensure our customer-centric approach is embedded throughout the organisation.
The Role
· Build a customer experience culture within the dealership
· Sales ability
· Follow up
· Excellent communication
· Nurture existing customer relationships
· Develop new customer relationships
· Creating the best possible impression for our dealership
· Positively promote our dealership and offerings
· Handling customer complaints
· Data maintenance
· Guest follow-up via phone, email and face-to-face
· Assisting with events
· Hit KPIs and targets
What we're looking for
· Customer service management experience
· Strong leadership
· Empathy
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to use customer insights to inform decision-making and service improvements
· Deep understanding of customer experience best practices and industry trends
