The Surf Club Mooloolaba is a landmark community venue located on the stunning shores of Mooloolaba Beach. With over 42,000 social members, we proudly support the Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club and have been a vital part of the community for over 100 years.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Receptionist to join our team full-time. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

What’s on Offer

Permanent full-time salaried role (38 hours per week)

Roster across 5 days, including weekends and evenings

5 weeks of annual leave with leave loading

Supportive team environment and vibrant beachfront location

Key Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests with a professional, warm demeanor

Manage telephone switchboard and general reception duties

Maintain and update membership records using Wildcat

Ensure compliance with Liquor Licensing regulations

Assist with membership sign-ups, card issuing, and ID checks

Process EFTPOS and POS transactions accurately

Promote club services, events, and facilities

Maintain a clean and presentable reception area

Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Previous front-of-house, reception or customer service experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Impeccable personal presentation

Confident computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, database systems)

Current RSA certification (or willing to obtain)

Availability across weekdays, weekends, and early nights
