Your Role

Need to Live Inside of Our Hostel

• Be our “Smile Ambassador” at the front desk, handling check-ins/check-outs and guest queries with warmth!

• Oversee cleanliness (rooms & common areas), ensuring a spotless, cozy vibe!

• Assist in hiring and training new staff after gaining experience!

• Share ideas to improve operations and boost service quality!

• Help management enhance guest experiences, ratings, and occupancy rates!

• Plan and host fun events (parties, beach activities) for guests!

We Want You If

• Must-Have Experience: At least 1 year of hospitality/service experience (hostels, hotels, cafes, etc.)—we’re looking for proven skills in customer-facing roles!

• Visa Requirement: Valid Australian visa with more than 1 year validity—essential for long-term commitment! Applicants must be able to work at Maxmee Resort for at least 1 year after training to be eligible for this role.

• Bubbly, outgoing, and a great communicator!

• Quick learner with ideas to help us grow!

• Fluent in English (bonus points for Chinese, Spanish, or other languages! 🌍)
