Turf Sports Bar and Grill
Located in the heart of the CBD, Turf is a fast-paced venue known for its vibrant sports bar atmosphere, big game days, and hearty pub classics. With a loyal crowd of locals, after-work regulars, and sports fans, the kitchen needs a chef who can handle volume while keeping quality front and centre. Think bangers and mash, burgers, steaks, and classic parmas — delivered with precision, speed, and consistency.

Temperance Hotel
Nestled on iconic Chapel Street in South Yarra, Temperance is a modern pub with a strong local following. The venue hosts everything from live music to DJ nights and private functions, so the kitchen plays a big role in creating a memorable experience. Experience in high-volume kitchens with quality standards

Strong skills across all sections, with the ability to work solo or as part of a team
