About Besa

Besa is a “better for you” RTD wine brand based in Los Angeles CA, but launching in Australia August 2025. The Australian product range will include several flavored Hard Seltzers made with Australian wine and premium natural flavors, have light carbonation and 8% ABV and targeted to the 18-24 year old demographic. We are a female-run start up that values entrepreneurship, confidence, and community.

The Role:

We’re looking for outgoing, sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent Besa at in-store tastings, events, and retail demos across Gold Coast and surrounds. This is a contract, shift-based role (up to 20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and prepare Besa sampling stations at stores and events across the the Gold Coast and surrounds – mostly inside Dan Murphy’s

Engage with customers, share the Besa story, and offer product samples

Drive sales by recommending products and educating customers on Besa products

Keep a clean, neat, and professional setup at all times

Track sales and demo results, reporting feedback to the team

Represent Besa with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

18+ years old with a valid RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Customer service or sales experience preferred

Strong, outgoing personality – you’re a people person who loves to hustle

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required for transportation of demo materials)

What You’ll Get:
