Job Title: Crystal Shop Assistant (Part-Time Contract)

Location: Brisbane (Westlake), QLD — In-person (home-based office & shop setup)

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable, crystal-loving assistant to support a variety of in-person tasks including live sale support (online live sales), product photography, and packaging. If you’re someone who has a great eye for detail, loves crystals, and enjoys working in a creative, hands-on environment, this might be the perfect role for you.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety and enjoys completing a mix of daily tasks. We're looking for a fast learner who’s passionate about supporting and growing with our small business.

Key Responsibilities:

Take clean, well-lit product photos for our website and social media

Pack online orders beautifully, securely, and with care

Assist with crystal organizing and inventory maintenance

Help set up and pack down crystal displays for live sales (in our home studio)

Be present during Friday night live sales to assist and support Hayley

Occasionally assist during busy periods (e.g. product launches or sale days)

Hours & Location:

Part-time – 3 days/week (20 hours)

Core hours: approx. 9am–4pm, Mon–Wed (flexible with your 2 days of choice)

Essential Friday availability: 5pm–11pm for live sale support

Based in West Brisbane, at our home office and crystal room

Flexibility to help during peak times is highly desirable

Ideal Candidate:

Genuinely interested in crystals

Has a great eye for detail and styling

Tech-friendly, confident using an Android phone or basic camera

Trustworthy, dependable, and easy to work with

Bonus: retail, photography, or small business experience

Open to potentially appearing in our social media content

Please note:

This is a contracting position and you must have (or be willing to obtain) your own ABN.

Permanent part-time hours in place under a contractor agreement.
