What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Hospitality Experience – Previous managerial or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
Venue Operations Knowledge – Strong understanding of all aspects of a licensed venue, including gaming, beverage service, high volume food service, Keno, TAB, cash handling, and compliance.
Required Certifications – RSA, RSG, RMLV & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Approved Manager’s License – Or be willing to obtain.
Customer Service Excellence – Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Leadership & Decision-Making – Ability to lead by example, solve problems and conflict, proactively. Team Player & Independent Worker – Capable of working both independently and collaboratively and make decisions confidently.
High Standards & Attention to Detail – Ensuring policies, procedures, and service standards are met consistently.
Professional Presentation – Well-groomed and presentable at all times.

Hospitality hours are required for this role including nights, weekends & public holidays.
