Diamond Collective is a growing female-founded Perth-based business, run by a young, dynamic millennial team. We are diamond experts, specialising in all things diamonds, engagement rings and fine jewellery. We provide a completely unique experience from what has come to be expected from a typical jeweller, with transparency and diamond education at the heart of DC’s values.

With the growth of our brand, comes a need to grow our team. Our new Subiaco showroom is now open and we’re on the search for a vibrant, outgoing and jewellery-obsessed production line assistant to join DC.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for someone who can communicate with and be the go-between for our retail clients, sales staff, manufacturing jewellers and wholesale suppliers.

The perfect fit for this role would be someone who has jewellery experience ( luxury jewellery retail and manufacturing) and combines this with great attention to detail and solid admin skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a liaison between retail clients, sales staff, manufacturing jewellers, and wholesale suppliers.

Communicate with workshops and suppliers to manage customer and store repairs and orders.

Handle day-to-day administration tasks, including data entry with a high level of accuracy.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our clients.

Demonstrate excellent time management, efficiency, organisation, and prioritisation skills.

Perform quality control by processing incoming and outgoing goods.

Collaborate with the sales staff to create sketches and bespoke designs.

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking an experienced, professional and approachable production line assistant with jewellery specific manufacturing experience who can provide a high level of friendly and transparent customer service to our clients.

A natural communicator, well presented, positive and a team player. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and shows initiative as well as commitment to grow with us.

Our other criteria include:

Previous experience in the jewellery industry, 2 years minimum.

Successful track record in retail sales (preferred but not essential).

Strong administration skills with attention to detail.

Experience in jewellery manufacturing (preferred but not essential).

Experience with jewellery technical design (preferred not essential)

Must have basic jewellery sketching experience.

Experience with Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn new programs

Warm and friendly approach with the ability to assist clients in a professional and transparent manner.

Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.

Eager to learn, show initiative, and demonstrate commitment.

Full time, 5 days a week with some Saturday work required.
