Employment Type: 7.30am-3.30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.30-4.00pm Full-time 38-hour week

Pay: $30 - $31.00 per hour

About the Company

We are a Perth-based designer and manufacturer of industry-leading Safe-T devices for the global mining and industrial sectors. Our team of 25 includes Assemblers, Engineers, Draftspersons, and Office Staff, working together in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Attention to detail is essential in this role.

Product Assembly: Accurately assemble Safe-T-Products to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines, ability to read drawings.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages to purchasing, and assist with inventory control.

Quality Control: Identify and report any defective parts, tools, or equipment.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals, tools, and machinery. Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Accountability: Record daily production activities and strictly follow all company safety and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Confident in using machinery and tools safely is a must.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and basic mathematical skills.

Teamwork: Comfortable working within a self-directed team and adhering to company policies.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all aspects of the job.

Proactive Approach: Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow instructions.
