About the Role
This Regional Manager role is ideal for a commercially driven, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll oversee a large, well-established store network, coaching and supporting your Store Managers to deliver exceptional results. This business operates seven days a week, so flexibility is key.

What You'll Do

Drive performance across a volume-based portfolio through hands-on leadership

Coach, mentor and develop a large and diverse team of store leaders

Analyse sales data, identify opportunities and implement strategies to grow revenue

Maintain high operational standards and ensure customer experience is consistent across all sites

Manage wage spend, P&L, and reporting for your region

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in regional or multi-site retail leadership

Strong ability to drive sales through people and process

High-level commercial acumen and understanding of KPIs and budgets

Confidence managing volume retail and motivating teams in a changing environment

A collaborative leadership style with a clear focus on coaching and results
