Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Quality and Education Manager for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located in Centrally in Adelaide, local to Prospect.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a stable and steady, medium sized facility that provides a fantastic support system, working directly alongside a Facility Manager, Clinical Managers, Regional Support team plus 24-hour Clinical Care team.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.
Relocation assistance can be provided to the successful candidate!

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment – desirable but not essential
• 4 years + clinical experience – Aged Care experience desirable
• Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
