Redpath manufacture and resell a range of quality building and accessory products for the horticultural & agricultural industries.
The Customer Service Representative role coordinates the sales from the initial order through to the delivered product. It is important that the customer service process and products sold meet the customers’ expectations and enhance the reputation of Redpath.
Position Requirements/Duties:
Honesty, integrity and commitment to the customer service, Redpath products, Redpath and the customer.
To manage initial phone enquiries, ‘walk-in’ clients and sales at the front desk and to forward commercial building enquiries & customers requiring site visits to the appropriate sales representative.
Coordinate accessories & domestic greenhouse sales from initial order through to delivered product.
To use their skills & knowledge to support other sales staff particularly when they are out of the office and to assist with the development of systems and processes that enhance the customer experience and performance of the Redpath team.
Other office duties as required.
