We’re a fast-growing solar retailer looking for an experienced Operations & Customer Experience Manager to run the post-sale side of the business. If you’ve done this before and can hit the ground running — we want you.
✅ Must-Have Skills
Comfortable with the entire solar install process (panels, inverters, batteries)
Confident, clear and articulate on the phone — client-facing and installer-facing
Proactive with installation bookings and reschedules
Able to complete grid approvals independently (Ergon/Energex etc.)
Experience with Brighte finance admin & follow-up
CRM experience (Go High Level, Pipedrive, or similar)
🧠 What You'll Own
Welcome calls to new clients
Finance support (chasing clients to submit documents)
Keep clients informed with installation updates
Book and coordinate installations, including follow-up and reschedules
Complete and lodge grid approvals
Set up monitoring platforms (SAJ, FoxEss, Alpha etc)
Handle post-install support calls, service queries, warranty issues
Inbound call management – general enquiries, complaints, scheduling
Outbound client check-ins for quality control and satisfaction
Collect Google Reviews
Maintain CRM records, chase consultants for updates
Produce weekly reports for sales and installations (make sure consultants are entering client meeting results)
💼 Ideal Background
1–2+ years in a solar operations/admin role (not negotiable)
Experience with grid applications, CRM management, and monitoring setups
Calm under pressure, responsive, and highly organised
Friendly and professional communication style — written and verbal
💰 Salary
$75,000 – $82,500 + Super
With potential increase to $90,000 after 12 weeks if you can reduce owner involvement in operations by 90% and fully take charge of the role
Quarterly Install bonuses
