What We’re Looking For

A friendly, reliable person with a passion for customer service

Willingness to learn new skills—no experience necessary!

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Manual dexterity and comfort using tools/machinery

Ability to work independently and in a team

Availability across retail hours including weekends and public holidays

Reliable transport is a plus

What You’ll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service and help solve everyday problems

Learn and perform shoe repairs, key cutting, engraving, and more

Promote products and services to meet customer needs

Maintain shop presentation and equipment

Handle daily financial transactions and shop operations
