About the role
As Program Coordinator within the Program Coordination team of Capital Delivery, you'll play a key role in shaping the planning and design phases of Capital Delivery projects. You'll drive effective governance by leading monthly reporting on time, cost, risk, and project status, ensuring alignment and transparency across sub-programs.
Your main focus will be on the pre-construction phase of programs and projects through the coordination of stakeholders, planning, scope clarification, approvals and land acquisition/resumption requirements.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage projects through the concept planning and design phase, from receipt of project brief from project initiation planning teams, through to issuing the final construction package to the delivery team for execution and closure phases
- Undertake regular program and project management monitoring, particularly in relation to time and cost performance at program and project levels, against annual sub program budget allocations
- Lead the coordination of preconstruction activities for projects, focusing on service impacts, property requirements (including acquisitions and easements), environmental considerations, and external stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery
- Manage and contribute to outcomes associated with project priorities, focusing on time, cost, and deliverability, throughout the development of the annual AIS Capital Delivery Program, in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, timelines, and costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with the development of the annual Capital Delivery Program in conjunction with key stakeholders

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or knowledge and previous experience in the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects
- Substantial working knowledge of program and project management systems, financial systems, and software relevant to industry
- The ability to be resilient, agile, problem solve and join an experienced diverse team

This is a full-time permanent position with a salary commencing at $110,838 plus 12.5% superannuation.
