Base Salary $108,063 + 12% super + 17.5% leave loading

We’re seeking a Financial Systems Coordinator to manage, develop and support our Technology One financial system. You’ll ensure optimal functionality, strong data integrity and deliver smart, efficient solutions across Council’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee upgrades, testing, and finance system projects

Administer user access and internal controls

Support ledger, structure and reporting processes

Provide advice, training and system documentation

Drive improvements that enhance usability and performance

About You

You’re a confident communicator with proven experience in financial systems (preferably TechOne), a strong grasp of accounting principles, and a customer-focused mindset. You can troubleshoot, lead projects, and support users with clarity and care.
