About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to support the launch and ongoing success of the new store in Carlton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about coaching and developing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the store

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service

Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective merchandising, stock management, and customer engagement

Implement company policies and standards to maintain brand integrity and compliance

Manage scheduling, rostering, and administrative duties as needed
