About the Role:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive store success, inspire, and lead your team, to create an awesome shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will energize the team and elevate our sales, service, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations

Lead, coach, and motivate your team to reach performance goals

Ensure exceptional customer service and in-store experience

Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards

Assist with roster scheduling, and drive your teams development

Help track KPIs and identify opportunities for growth

Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of retail management experience (athletic or footwear industry preferred)

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team

Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Passion for athletic footwear, sports, and active lifestyles
