Assistant Store Manager - Menswear

We are looking for a Geelong candidate who not only understands the world of menswear or premium retail fashion but also possesses excellent client engagement skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a proud Australian label, provide personalised styling experiences and contribute to a high-end shopping environment.

Reporting directly to the Store and Area Manager, you will assist in all daily operations,, including stock management & merchandising, help leading the team and most importantly: styling your clients and establishing rapport to further extend the boutique's loyal following!

We are looking for....:

• Previous management experience with extensive tenure...
• Passion and love for premium and stylish products
• proven success working with small, dynamic and professional teams
• Strong consultative sales and service history
• A passion for VM and in-store styling
• Great knowledge on market fashion trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to build client listings and form forever relationships
