We're recruiting exclusively for a flagship beauty and wellness concept store launching in the heart of Armadale this August. The Role - Assistant Store Manager

Working closely with an experienced Store Manager, you'll help lead a creative and high-performing team, contribute to the store's setup and launch, and play a hands-on role in shaping the customer journey from day one.

You'll be across everything - from visual merchandising and daily operations to customer experience, staff development, and event support.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with beauty, wellness, or fashion retail experience who thrives in dynamic, startup-style environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in all day-to-day operations

Help build and lead a team of casuals with a high-performance culture

Own and elevate the in-store customer experience

Support VM execution, promotional activities, and influencer events

Champion innovation and work closely with brand leads on the floor

Be hands-on during store bump-in and launch phase

Ensure smooth stock management, POS, and tech-enabled retail elements

About You:

Strong background in beauty, wellness, or fashion retail

Previous experience as an ASM or senior team member in a fast-paced, customer-focused store

Confident with visual merchandising and creating a premium customer experience

Passionate about beauty and wellness trends

Excited by the idea of helping shape a brand-new store and culture

Adaptable, proactive, and ready to grow with the business
